This week at Scouts

We had a busy evening at Scouts tonight. The younger Scouts, assisted by Gordon, lit a roaring fire for everyone to use for Backwoods cooking. By the end of the evening we had delicious baked potatoes with eggs in the middle, bananas with chocolate and apples with sultanas. We also had a visit from Wayne and Tommy to give a presentation on the next World Jamboree in Sweden in 2011. Some of the Scouts helped us clear out the leaders room. We welcomed Kirsten, Heather and Jasmine to the troop by investing them. THe evening was completed with a birthday cake for Gordon - although no one is quite sure how old he is!
